Pan Pharmaceuticals action settled

We successfully defended five Commonwealth public servants who were sued in their personal capacities in a $150 million class action in the Federal Court. It was alleged the officers were misfeasant in their role in the largest therapeutic goods recall in Australia’s history, which triggered the collapse of a large pharmaceutical company, Pan Pharmaceuticals.
