Real estate representations action defended

We acted for an estate agent to defend a claim regarding alleged pre-purchase misrepresentations. Despite repeated attempts to negotiate on a sensible basis with the claimants at the outset, no settlement could be reached. We had no option but to run the case and successfully defended it, obtaining favourable costs orders.
