Emma has practiced in insurance litigation in the ACT and NSW across all lines for most major insurers and self-insurers since 2000.

Her practice presently focuses on workers compensation, property damage, liability claims and professional indemnity claims including with reference to employment practices cover. She is a strategic litigator who aims to achieve early commercial resolution of matters where possible.

In addition, Emma advises organisations in the ACT on employment entitlements and acts in the context of terminations and adverse action claims in Fair Work Australia and the Federal Court.

Her other areas of work include commercial litigation, property transactions for developers, corporate compliance and estate planning and litigation.
