50 plaintiff claim settled

We recently finalised negotiations on behalf of an insurance broker who, it was alleged, failed to pass on claim notifications. In an outcome which potentially saved millions of dollars in costs and claims exposure, we established a good faith negotiation to successfully resolve all claims.
