Submissions to ASIC

We represented a French insurer in its submissions to ASIC to obtain an insurance licence to market directly to the Australian market rather than indirectly through a broker. Following successful representation, our client was granted a licence to be an Australian insurer and in doing so opened up the Australian market for our client, as well as the entry of a new insurer to the Australian market.
