Greg is an accomplished litigator who has worked as both a solicitor and a barrister. In addition to his notable expertise in professional indemnity insurance, he has extensive experience in conducting major and complex litigation across various jurisdictions.
Greg has defended numerous professional negligence claims against a range of professionals, including accountants and auditors, financial planners, migration agents, real estate agents and architects as well acting on behalf of schools and individuals in the health sector. He also represents professionals involved in disciplinary inquiries and hearings, including matters involving the Architects Registration Board, the Building Practitioners Board and the Nursing and Midwifery Board. He is particularly experienced in investigating claims, especially large scale matters, and successfully negotiating resolutions.
Greg also has significant experience advising on and acting in insurance disputes, construction, insolvency and Corporations Law matters, proceedings for breach of contract, trade practices and fair trading, property and lease disputes and infringement of intellectual property rights.
